TAM is looking for an accomplished Experience Designer to join our growing team, supporting our largest and most strategic clients. In this role, you will partner with our Media and Development team advising on industry trends and learning best practices, discovering and synthesizing client needs, and building innovative, scalable solutions.
We are obsessed with creating an exceptional experience that helps our clients grow and succeed. The discovery, solutions, and best practices that you present will increase the value of TAM to our clients, making them feel heard, increasing their confidence, and ensuring that next time they have a problem TAM is their first call.
Our Learning Experience Designer are leaders, storytellers, and courageous trail blazers who leverage the full range of methods and techniques to deliver a nuanced understanding of learners and their needs. Self-starters in nature, they thrive in fast paced, fluid environments that allow team members to leverage their strengths and passions to influence what we do and how we do it.
As a TAM-er, you’ll get to use your know-how and passion for learning to make a direct impact on our clients. You’ll expand your skill set, develop industry expertise, and influence the design of learning solutions, large and small. Most importantly, you’ll get to help some of the biggest companies in the world train their talent.
You’ll be joining a team of designers, strategists, and overall solution focused people on a mission to solve the challenges of a changing world. We’re a highly specialized group with various backgrounds and areas of expertise, but we all have one thing in common: We’re problem solvers, partners to our clients and each other, and we’re prepared to learn about what solutions will impact our clients ability to achieve their goals.
